AIM Support Services was founded with a deep commitment to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities and supporting their families.

Jessica Perez, a founding member and Executive Director, brings over 20 years of experience working with both adults and children with developmental disabilities. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration as well as a Master’s in Special Education, combining strong leadership with a passion for person-centered care.

Co-founder Judy Krantz offers invaluable perspective as the parent of an adult son with a developmental disability, along with years of dedicated advocacy and support. Together, their professional expertise and personal insight shape an organization rooted in compassion, inclusion, and meaningful community impact.
